I had the pleasure of working with Dave, I found his blended style of empathy and forthrightness very encouraging and effective. He was very good at tailoring to meet the needs of his clients, while leveraging the strengths of others. I learned quite a bit from him and apply it in my every day work life. Dave has a unique combination of intelligence, compassion, resourcefulness, professionalism, integrity – and positivity. He has a ‘can do’ attitude that is infectious.
