Christine Nast

Christine Nast has over 25 years of experience in Human Capital Management, Talent Optimization, Executive Coaching, Corporate Training, Leadership Development, Sales, and Recruiting. She has coached and trained more than 600 CEOs, Business Owners, and Executives.

Christine is a Certified Partner for The Predictive Index, as well as a Certified Talent Optimization Consultant, and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the ICF-accredited Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also a Certified Business Coach, Corporate Trainer, and a Certified Workplace Behavioral Analyst.

As a Workplace Behavior Expert, she uses a scientifically validated management solution that integrates workforce analytics and human capital development. Her goal is to change the conversation about employee behavior in the workplace by helping leaders get discretionary effort from their employees. Then those employees can be moved from the liability side of the balance sheet into the asset column because they are truly an investment and not an expense.

Christine empowers organizations to drive success through leadership and talent by showing them how to predict the performance of their employees using proven solutions to uncover potential, de-code the human, and achieve maximum velocity through talent optimization, leadership development, training, coaching, change management, and talent development.

Christine's gentle yet steadfast style of coaching helped me to begin to release unwanted, self-defeating thought patterns. The tools I now have to counter these patterns have made, and continue to make, a markedly positive difference in the way I feel about myself and my life. Christine is a truly gifted coach.
